About the Role:


We are looking for an experienced  Product Owner  with a solid understanding of  product development  (preferably in the  aviation industry ). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong business understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product outcomes.


  • Mode: In-office preferred (Noida) , Remote can be considered
  • Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST


Key Responsibilities


1. Define and Manage the Product Backlog

  • Create and maintain a clear list of product features and improvements (backlog).
  • Prioritize tasks based on business goals and user needs.
  • Make sure all items are detailed and ready for the development team to work on.

2. Communicate the Product Vision

  • Clearly explain the product’s purpose, goals, and direction to the team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure everyone understands what the product aims to achieve and why it matters.

3. Manage Stakeholders

  • Be the main link between the business, customers, and development team.
  • Gather feedback, understand priorities, and balance expectations across all stakeholders.

4. Ensure Value Delivery

  • Make sure each development sprint delivers real value to the business and end users.
  • Review progress, collect feedback, and adjust priorities as needed to keep the product on track


Required Skills & Experience:


  • 5+ years of overall experience , with at least  2 years in product development or product ownership.
  • Experience working with  Agile / Scrum  teams.
  • Strong understanding of  product lifecycle , from idea to delivery.
  • Preferably experience in the  aviation industry  or related domain.
  • Excellent  communication and stakeholder management skills .
  • Ability to  analyze data, set priorities , and make decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Comfortable working with  international teams , especially in the UK time zone.
