Product Owner

We’re looking for an experienced Product Owner to own the Cloud Panel—the control plane where customers configure, operate, and observe Medianova services (CDN, WAF/DDoS, caching, origins, TLS/SSL, traffic steering, analytics). You will turn workflows into a clear, executable roadmap, prioritize self-service + safety rails, and ship measurable adoption, reliability, and support-deflection outcomes.

Why this role matters

You’ll own the product and turn customer needs and market signals into a clear, deliverable roadmap —owning backlog quality, discovery, and outcome metrics so teams ship the right thing, the right way, at the right time .


What you'll do

  • Own the backlog: Define, refine, and prioritize epics/stories aligned with product strategy and business goals.
  • Customer-driven discovery: Convert customer feedback, usage data, and market research into validated problem statements and opportunities.
  • Crisp requirements: Write user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain definition of ready/done; ensure testability.
  • Sprint partner: Lead backlog grooming; support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; unblock the team fast.
  • Quality & acceptance: Validate increments against acceptance criteria and non-functionals (reliability, performance, security).
  • Stakeholder comms: Keep timelines, trade-offs, and status transparent for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Outcome tracking: Define success metrics (adoption, latency, error rate impact, NPS/CSAT, revenue/retention) and report regularly.

Must-haves

  • Proven Product Owner/Product Management experience (preferably B2C, B2B or platform products).
  • Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and modern product practices (discovery, prioritization, OKRs).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable with technical contexts.
  • Ability to prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken).

Nice to Have

  • Domain exposure: CDN, networking/DNS, caching, WAF/DDoS, streaming .
  • Comfort with data tools (SQL/BI) for quick analysis and funnel metrics.
  • Experience with API-first products and usage analytics (event tracking).
