Job Brief
We are looking for a Technical PO
to oversee the design, development, delivery, support and enhancement of our mobility solutions. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for maintaining scalable, secure, and responsive systems that power next-generation mobility services.
This role combines hands-on technical leadership with team management, ensuring high-quality timely delivery and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full stack development, system architecture, and agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
Product Ownership
- Participate in the design and development discussions on scalable software solutions.
- Define and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing by impact and strategic alignment.
- Write and refine epics/stories with clear acceptance criteria; manage backlog health.
- Partner with UX, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable outcomes.
- Conduct user/market research, run experiments, and validate hypotheses with data.
- Track product metrics (adoption, retention, NPS, cycle time) and drive optimization.
Technical Leadership
- Participate in the design and development discussions on scalable software solutions.
- Guide the team in selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks.
- Lead troubleshooting and performance optimization efforts.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
Project Delivery and Support
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time.
- Plan and execute projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or hybrid methodologies.
- Build detailed plans including scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
- Proactively manage risks/issues; maintain RAID logs; implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and external partners.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.
- Creating support documentation and updating existing documentation
Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
- Communicate technical decisions and progress to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for smooth CI/CD workflows.
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of engineers/analysts; set clear expectations and growth plans.
- Resource planning and workload balancing across projects and sprints.
- Drive continuous improvement via retrospectives and actionable follow-ups.
Requirements & Skills
Skills
- People leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Establishing standards: SDLC, DevOps, testing automation, documentation.
- Backlog management, prioritization frameworks
- Writing clear PRDs, user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles.
- Performance monitoring and debugging of mobility solutions.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Domain Knowledge
- Exposure to automotive systems, IoT, or mobility platforms is a plus
