The Team

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services product development

✅ Strong understanding of digital banking platforms , customer onboarding, and loan origination systems

✅ Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks

✅ Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Familiarity with banking compliance standards (PCI, WCAG, FFIEC)

✅ Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence , or similar tools

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for digital banking initiatives
• Define user stories, features, and acceptance criteria aligned with banking workflows
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features
• Work closely with clients and product managers to refine the product roadmap
• Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
• Ensure timely releases with strong documentation and stakeholder communication
• Maintain comprehensive product documentation, release notes, and training materials
