Product Owner

Responsibilities

Translate product strategy into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.
Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is refined, estimated, and ready for development.
Partner with development, UX, QA/UAT, and Scrum Master to plan and execute sprints.
Ensure clarity of requirements, edge cases, dependencies, and functional behavior.
Validate delivered work meets requirements through UAT and demos.
Serve as the day-to-day decision maker for the agile team during development.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers and escalate when needed.
Ensure releases are documented, tested, and ready, with supporting content and communications.
Use quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously improve performance and reduce friction.

Experience with design systems, component libraries, and scalable content models.
Familiarity with personalization, CDPs, marketing automation, or CRM integrations.
Knowledge of headless architecture, APIs, and modern frontend frameworks.
Experience managing authenticated experiences (account portals, logged-in journeys).
