About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our next-generation crypto exchange trading platform across web and mobile.

You’ll own the full product lifecycle for trading experience, onboarding, and funding — ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey from registration to trade execution.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders, designers, QA engineers, tech leads, business, and data analytics teams to deliver a performant and compliant trading experience that meets the needs of both retail and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap for the trading platform (app + web), client funding, and onboarding.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and BA to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and improvements.
• Partner with data analytics to measure and optimize trading flow performance, conversion, and engagement metrics.
• Ensure consistent and compliant onboarding, funding, and trading experiences aligned with regulatory and UX best practices.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure robust testing and release readiness.
• Act as the voice of the user, maintaining focus on simplicity, performance, and trust.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in fintech, crypto exchange, or banking with focus on trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of trading mechanics, order execution, and market operations (crypto or CFD/FX ideal).
• Proven track record of managing multi-platform products (web + mobile).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, data, QA, BA, and engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting trading metrics and user data.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and modern product management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Figma).
• Understanding of KYC, onboarding, funding flows, and compliance processes in regulated environments.

Nice to Have

• Background in crypto exchanges or brokerage platforms.
• Experience with order book systems, liquidity providers, or API-based trading integrations.
• Familiarity with websocket-driven UI and real-time data visualization.
• Experience working in international, remote, or fast-scaling product teams.
