As a Product Owner for the Operations Value Stream team, you will lead the enrollment and billing enablement team and be responsible for translating the product vision and strategy into actionable tasks, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational goals. The Product Owner role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to clarify requirements, prioritize tasks, and maintain up-to-date product documentation. You will track progress to ensure timely delivery, participate in Agile ceremonies, and continuously learn Agile product management practices under the guidance of a senior Product Owner.
Maintain clear and up-to-date product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and meeting notes
Knowledge of Group Operations including Implementation, Customer Set-Up, Inforce Plan changes, Eligibility and Billing

The desired work arrangement for this position will be hybrid (3+ days per week in a Guardian office, Preferably Bethlehem, PA, Boston, MA, NYC or Holmdel NJ).
Salary Range:
$79,310.00 - $130,295.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
