Responsibilities



 

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with company goals.
• Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog to ensure development work aligns with stakeholder priorities.
• Develop clear and detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for the development team.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists throughout the development lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product enhancement.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and use data-driven insights to inform future iterations.

Qualifications



 

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, preferably within an Agile software development environment.
• A strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience in managing a product backlog and using tools such as Jira or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• A background in AI, machine learning, or data-intensive products is highly desirable but not essential.
• A degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
