Role Summary
The Product Planning Coordinator supports the organization’s commercial and operational objectives by ensuring the right products are available in the right place at the right time. The role oversees product flow across all channels, safeguards data accuracy, and enables smooth coordination between internal teams. The position ensures efficient product readiness, enhances operational efficiency, and contributes to an optimized customer experience across the business.
Main Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)

Stock Allocation & Shipment

Allocate products based on assortment strategy, boutique performance, stock coverage, and commercial priorities.

Monitor inventory levels regularly to anticipate replenishment needs and prevent overstock or shortages.

Coordinate product allocation for export and online shipments (local & export), ensuring accuracy, readiness, and timely dispatch.

Manage product allocation for Marketing shoot requests and PR Jewelry Placements, ensuring proper selection and tracking.

Maintain clear communication with Supply Chain, Retail, Marketing, and PR to align on stock needs, shipment timelines, and allocation priorities.

Special Orders & Boutique Support

Manage special orders from boutiques, ensuring accurate communication with Production and timely delivery.

Handle daily boutique requests, including product inquiries, stock checks, and urgent allocations.

Follow up proactively with Production, Supply Chain, and Retail teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.

Product Documentation & Code Management

Create buying sheets and detailed product description sheets for seasonal and replenishment collections.

Create and maintain product codes on CEGID, including barcode generation and system updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and PR teams.

Participate in planning meetings and alignment sessions to support product availability and sales objectives.
Key Requirements
-
Work Experience: 0–1 year of experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, supply chain, or related fields. Internships or university projects in product planning, merchandising, or operations are a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with high numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data to support inventory planning and product allocation.

Basic understanding or exposure to product lifecycle, inventory management, or cross‑functional workflows.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple internal requests.

Ability to think logically, troubleshoot issues, and support decision‑making in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet allocation or shipment timelines.
-
Interest or foundational knowledge in jewelry materials, production processes, or craftsmanship is an advantage.
Education & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
