Key Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Conduct market feasibility studies for new products and propose market positioning, product positioning, competitive positioning, and user positioning. Define product concepts and configuration ranges, and participate in developing market equations;

2. Responsible for defining products and setting development priorities tailored to specific regions based on strategy, users, and competition. Monitor the achievement of product definition objectives and refine key selling points.

3. Manage product lifecycles according to planning, proposing action strategies based on market, competitive, and demand analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Professional Skills:

1.1 Familiarity with basic automotive structure and principles;

1.2 Familiarity with product planning and development processes;

1.3 Proficiency in common product planning tools and methodologies, understanding of market and user research processes, and fundamental approaches.

2. Comprehensive Qualities:

2.1 Passionate about creating hit products; dedicated to researching automotive innovation technologies; market-savvy; strong verbal communication and teamwork skills; highly responsible with a strong sense of dedication; adept at applying new methodologies to solve problems; active thinker with a love for learning;

2.2 Aligns with leading culture; possesses excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and planning abilities.

3. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher.

4. Prior experience in product planning or overseas product planning is preferred.

5. Other: Preference given to candidates with a valid driver's license and at least one year of practical driving experience.
