Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Sales Manager based in Karachi. The Product Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts by identifying potential business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering tailored solar energy solutions. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales targets, coordinating business development initiatives, and fostering a client-focused approach. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve revenue growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development, with a proven ability to achieve targets
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
  • Experience in leading sales teams and implementing successful sales strategies is highly desirable
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales approaches accordingly
  • Familiarity with renewable energy or solar industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
