Product Specialist

Position: Product Specialist – Surgical Solutions

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 2 years of experience in surgical/medical device field sales

Strong preference for candidates with exposure to at least one of the following specialties:

· Gynecology

· Robotic surgery

· Urology

· ENT

· Plastic surgery

- Minimum 1 year of UAE market experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi territory

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Market Knowledge & Exposure :

Strong understanding of:

· UAE healthcare system and hospital structures

· Key accounts in Abu Dhabi (SEHA, DOH, private groups)

Experience in:

· Operating room (OR) environment

· Surgeon interaction and case support

· Familiarity with tenders, procurement cycles, and hospital access pathways

Technical & Clinical Competence :

Ability to:

· Conduct product demonstrations in OR

· Support surgeons during procedures (preferred)

· Understand surgical techniques and clinical applications

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:

· Pharmacy

· Biomedical Engineering

· Medicine / Nursing

Preferred Candidates :

· Residing in Abu Dhabi (U.A.E.)

· Have UAE driving license

· Preferred age: Below 32 years

· Nationality: Any (Knowledge of Arabic preferred)
