Digital Commercial Specialist (Web, E-Com & Q-Com)

Contract: 12 months (renewable/extendable)

Employment: Outsourced through Manpower Middle East


Role:

Our client is seeking to hire a Digital Commercial Specialist to support and advise on the activation and management of Q-Commerce platforms and E-commerce website operations for the launch of a new brand in the UAE. This role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of digital ecosystems and the ability to connect multiple teams (SMM, Paid Media, Web and Q-Commerce) to ensure a seamless go-to-market strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

Q-Commerce Activation:

  • Support and advise on various topics related to Q-Commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, Noon, Careem, Instashop, Talabat, Deliveroo) such as product listings and promotions etc.
  • Perform required tasks to support the partnership process with Q-Commerce platforms.


E-commerce Activation:

  • Performing tasks as an advisor to support overseeing product catalogue, stock management and order fulfilment on company’s website.
  • Content management on the website.


Cross-Channel Integration:

  • Ensure alignment between Paid Media, Social Media and Web teams for consistent messaging and campaign execution.
  • Understand different digital channels interaction and optimize synergy.


Project Leadership:

  • Drive the end-to-end launch process for the new brand, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Participate in A/B testing, UX improvements and digital optimization.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as main contact between internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management on progress and KPIs.



Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital project management , especially in E-commerce and Q-Commerce activation .
  • Strong knowledge of stock management , product listing processes and web platforms (Shopify, Magento or similar).
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (Paid Media, Social Media, SEO) and their interdependencies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Previous experience with Q-Commerce platforms in the UAE market.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting and performance analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Arabic speaking will be essential.
