Primary responsibilities
- Facilitate end-to-end product and service logistics and delivery across all hardware and software lines, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with engineering to translate deep technical knowledge into effective customer, training, and enablement collateral
- Serve as the technical anchor for issue triage, troubleshooting, and escalation to address complex issues and close outstanding gaps
- Author and maintain technical documentation including specs sheets, SOPs, playbooks, troubleshooting guides, and change management
- Provide coverage across broader customer success functions, ensuring continuity of delivery, support, and overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of direct B2B operational experience
- Extensive experience with technical and complex products
- Strong technical communication (e.g., written, verbal, presentation)
- Highly organized and results-oriented
- Proficiency in using technology tools and programs
Preferred qualifications
- Product experience related to SaaS or hardware in healthcare
- Direct experience in veterinary or human healthcare operations
- Exposure to startup or high-growth company dynamics
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
