Product Trainer (Skin Care & Cosmetics)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Trainer to train and develop our store staff. The trainer will ensure employees are equipped with in-depth product knowledge, strong customer service skills, and confidence to promote and sell our beauty and skin care products.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programs on skin care and cosmetic products for store teams.
• Train staff on product benefits, application techniques, and sales approaches.
• Conduct regular refresher sessions and workshops to ensure knowledge retention.
• Collaborate with the operations and sales team to identify training needs.
• Monitor staff performance post-training and provide coaching support.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and visual aids.
• Stay updated on beauty industry trends and competitor products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Product Trainer or Beauty Trainer in the retail or beauty industry (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skin care, and beauty products.
• Ability to motivate and engage staff at all levels.
• Flexible to travel across stores in the UAE.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
