JOB DESCRIPTION: PRODUCTION ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Administrative/Operations team. This person is a multitasker, likes to focus on the details, and is VERY comfortable with excel.

Cross-Functional Role: This role is the HUB that brings together our sales and production and shipping teams. You will be the point person for our One Team’s success in delivering on customer expectations.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Compile and sort orders obtained via email, EDI, and/or web portals according to priority.

Review purchase and sales orders for accuracy and deficiencies, and resolve as appropriate.

Enter all orders into our work order entry system, and prepare all documents as needed for production and shipment.

Calculating customer order shipping costs, and posting to customer accounts and invoices using FedEx Ship Manager Software.

Review and input information into our CRM and Accounting (Sage 50) systems.

Coordinating shipping for key accounts and customers.

Prepare some invoices to be sent to customers via preferred methods.

Some customer service duties.

Professional behavior when making phone calls and dealing with customers.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and supporting other sales team members through collaboration and teamwork.

Other duties as assigned.

SALARY LEVEL/COMPENSATION:

Compensation range is $25 - $30 per hour ($55,000 - $62,000) based on experience.

Additional benefits include:

2+ weeks paid vacation annually (increasing up to 4 weeks after 5 years)

POSITION TYPE:

This position is Full Time, and hours worked will be on-site, in our office, located in Columbus, Ohio. Office Hours: 8:00 – 5:00 pm.

DESIRED MAJOR/EXPERIENCE:

Associates Degree Required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

In addition to a college degree, the ideal candidate for this position will possess / will be:

3+ years of experience in an account coordinator or operational support role

Strong attention to detail

Strong Excel Skills (sorting, some formulas, formatting, etc.)

Strong organizational skills and positive demeanor

An ability to multi-task, set priorities and maintain them

The ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

The ability to manage your calendar and effectively utilize our CRM and Accounting tools

A personality that is goal-motivated, persistent and optimistic

Oral and written communication skills which are clear, concise, and grammatically correct

The willingness to learn new applications and skills
