Production and Operations Supervisor

• Manage daily production operations and manpower planning.
• Oversee chemical mixing, batching, and process quality.
• Maintain raw material inward, consumption, expiry, and stock levels.
• Ensure finished goods loading, dispatch, and coordination with logistics.
• Conduct quality checks during production and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain inventory records and daily production reports.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with factory standards.
• Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency.
• Coordinate with store, purchase, and quality departments.
• Train and supervise production helpers/assistants.

Required Skills

• Experience in production supervision
• Knowledge of chemical mixing/batching (if relevant)
• Ability to manage manpower
• Strong documentation & reporting
• Good understanding of quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
