Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the production manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily production activities.
  • Prepare and maintain production logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and inventory tracking.
  • Follow up with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely production.
  • Support scheduling of manpower, machines, and resources for production tasks.
  • Monitor workflow and report delays, issues, or material shortages.
  • Ensure quality standards and company procedures are followed on the production floor.
  • Assist in preparing work orders and distributing tasks to production staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in production areas.
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and communication with clients or teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes and workflow.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); ERP knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.

Additional Requirements (Optional):

  • Experience in fit-out or joinery production.
  • Knowledge of material types, production techniques, and shop drawings.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on project schedules.
