Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the production manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily production activities.
- Prepare and maintain production logs, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and inventory tracking.
- Follow up with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely production.
- Support scheduling of manpower, machines, and resources for production tasks.
- Monitor workflow and report delays, issues, or material shortages.
- Ensure quality standards and company procedures are followed on the production floor.
- Assist in preparing work orders and distributing tasks to production staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in production areas.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and communication with clients or teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 1–3 years experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of production processes and workflow.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Additional Requirements (Optional):
- Experience in fit-out or joinery production.
- Knowledge of material types, production techniques, and shop drawings.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on project schedules.
