Production Associate

PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE

Pay Rate : New Hire Rate $23.30/hr. for first 90 days , $23.30/hr. up to $27.73/hr.- plus $0.30 shift differential

Shift : Hourly Full-Time. 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Physical Location: 1900 8 th Street NE – Austin, MN 55912

The Job You Will Perform:

• Safe manufacturing procedures

• Operating fast paced machinery

• Inspecting, counting and stacking finished product

• Reading manufacturing orders

• Accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other test equipment

• Utilizing basic shop math

• Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions

• Clean-up functions such as blowing down machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming, sweeping machine area as well as picking up and shredding scrap
