Production Chef – Cake Specialist

We are looking for a talented and versatile Production Baker with proven experience in cake baking and decorating to join our growing, multi-brand F&B group. While cakes and desserts will be your primary focus, you will also support production across a wide range of products for our restaurants, catering services, and delivery brands.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, quality-driven, and able to manage production at scale while maintaining creativity and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes to meet brand and client standards.
• Assist with production of pastries, desserts, and other food items across multiple brands.
• Ensure consistency in recipes, portioning, and presentation.
• Work closely with the central kitchen & owners to meet daily and large-order demands.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and reduce food waste.
• Support catering, seasonal menus, and special event production when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in cake baking and decorating (portfolio or photos preferred).
• Solid knowledge of baking techniques, pastries, and dessert production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexible and adaptable to work across different brands and product lines.
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
