Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production activities and follow up on schedules and deliverables
- Monitor production progress and report status to management
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution
- Track material orders, fabrication status, and shipment schedules
- Ensure production documentation (drawings, BOQs, approvals) is up to date
- Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them promptly
- Support quality control by ensuring compliance with approved specifications
- Assist in planning installation and site readiness
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Production, Construction, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in production coordination or a similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Experience
- Experience in fit-out, retail, manufacturing, or construction projects
- Familiarity with production schedules, shop drawings, and logistics coordination
