Production Coordinator

Michael Twaits is looking for a high-energy, exceptionally organized Production Coordinator to join our creative powerhouse in Doha. Based in Office 77, West Bay, we specialize in delivering world-class events, entertainment, and media productions. The Role

At Michael Twaits, we turn ambitious concepts into reality. As our Production Coordinator, you are the "glue" that holds our projects together. From managing talent schedules to sourcing high-end technical equipment, you will ensure that every production—whether it’s a grand-scale event or a boutique media shoot—is executed with West Bay sophistication and theatrical precision.

Your Creative & Technical Mission

• Project Logistics: Manage the "who, what, and where" of our productions, coordinating travel, permits, and on-site schedules.
• Talent & Crew Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for performers, technicians, and creative directors, ensuring everyone is briefed and ready.
• Resource Procurement: Sourcing and managing vendors, from specialized lighting rigs to bespoke costume designers, while maintaining strict budget control.
• On-Site Management: Provide ground-level support during live events or shoots, troubleshooting issues in real-time to ensure a seamless "show day."
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous production files, contracts, and wrap-up reports to ensure every project is archived for future success.

The Star Profile

• The Multitasker: 3+ years of experience in production (Events, Theatre, Media, or Film).
• The Negotiator: Proven ability to manage vendors and stay within budget without compromising on quality.
• The Communicator: Fluent in English with the ability to command a room and coordinate diverse, multicultural teams.
• The Local Expert: Knowledge of the Doha event landscape and Qatari logistical requirements is a major plus.
