Production Coordinator

Summary:

As a Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various production projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. You will be collaborating with different teams to coordinate resources, schedules, and logistics to meet project deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

• Inspects incoming materials and final products, validating their compliance with company standards.
• Manages compliance with regulations.
• Responsible for controlling, organizing, and archiving all company documents, ensuring accuracy & traceability.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits.
• Compiles inspection reports and manages laboratory processes.
• Prepare delivery notes through JDE system.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and manage truck arrangement to ensure timely dispatch.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in production coordination or a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Understanding of production processes and logistics
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
