Production Coordinator
to join their team.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$70k - $80k DOE
Position Overview
The Production Coordinator will support the end-to-end production process across multiple apparel categories. This individual will work closely with vendors, factories, sourcing, product development, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Of The Production Coordinator

Track production from purchase order placement through final delivery.

Communicate regularly with overseas factories and vendors regarding production status, timelines, and approvals.

Monitor and maintain Time & Action calendars to ensure key milestones are met.

Follow up on samples, approvals, lab dips, trims, and production submits.

Partner with the Sourcing, Product Development, Design, and Logistics teams throughout the production process.

Assist with production reporting, order tracking, and data management.

Identify and escalate potential production delays or issues.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production orders and vendor communication.

Support efforts to ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives are achieved.
Required Experience/Skills For The Production Coordinator

2+ years of production coordination experience within the apparel industry.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Experience working with overseas factories and vendors.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production tracking systems.

Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Ability to work onsite full-time in New York, NY.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Production Coordinator

Children's apparel experience is preferred.

Open to candidates from other apparel categories including women's, men's, accessories, or private label.

Experience working with product development, sourcing, and cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with apparel production calendars and garment manufacturing processes.
Education Requirements
