CCRM Fertility is a high-growth healthcare organization looking for a Senior Designer to create high-impact campaigns that engage and empower prospective and current patients in the fertility space. We are looking for a designer who is highly strategic and passionate about design, storytelling, and continually pushing to evolve the brand and marketing space. They will work closely with the marketing team, ad agencies, and clinic teams to gain insights into our patients, the patient journey, and the value of our care model to create organic and paid campaigns across digital, social, and print that support patients in their fertility journey through a combination of informative and conversion-focused content and design.
This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing all design to drive engagement and conversions across our growing patient population. They have expertise in digital ad design, conversion-focused landing pages, video/animation, and print collateral. This role works closely with a 5+ content/creative team of professionals focused on content creation, design, web design and development, social media and PR, and reports directly to the Senior Designer.
Responsibilities
The Senior Designer will drive patient engagement and support new patient acquisition via the creation of innovative designs and content across digital and print channels for our high-growth organization.
Paid Digital/Organic Campaigns: Work closely with the marketing and clinic teams to create innovative paid Google and Meta campaigns that drive patient acquisition. Participate in internal brainstorming sessions, provide new ad concepts, create ad designs (video shooting and editing, static imagery, light animation, text/design overlay, CTA buttons and creative executions), gain approvals, and provide fully executed ads to media agencies to launch campaigns on time. Create conversion-focused design elements, layouts, and mockups for landing pages to provide a seamless and frictionless patient journey. Execute in-clinic video shoots. Gain a deep understanding of the CCRM value proposition and patient journey to create inspirational and engaging content and campaigns to support prospective patients in their quest to build families.-
Referral Campaigns: Work with Senior Designer, marketing team, and functional teams to develop and design compelling and creative presentations. Create all design elements for focused campaigns including in-clinic events and respective collateral, print collateral, and email. Curate design elements for infographics, blogs, and videos that align with the current marketing campaigns.

In-Clinic Collateral: Work with clinical teams to create printed collateral such as brochures, posters, signage, etc. to enhance the in-clinic patient experience.

Brand Management: Understand brand perception and identify initiatives to continuously improve CCRM’s brand identity. Act as a key SME for the design aspects of CCRM’s brand personality, values, and voice. Ensure brand consistency across digital and print channels through tone, voice, and terminology. Develop and distribute templates for various internal functions to utilize in department and patient communications including cobranded templates for acquired clinics pre-brand transition.

Internal Communications: Create internal social and email designs and templates to support the internal communications team and communicate organizational information to employees in an attractive, empowering, and engaging manner. Work with marketing leadership team to create engaging and impactful corporate presentations in PowerPoint (static funnel images, patient journey maps, visual graphics to represent top initiatives).
Qualifications-
5+ years of design experience with an agency or in-house marketing team

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience (REQUIRED)

A portfolio that shows strategic and conceptual campaign thinking applied across a range of deliverables, including digital advertising, organic, web and print

Solid skills in visual and brand design

Skilled at designing for a combination of paid, organic, and brand campaigns

Experience supporting social media for a brand, or a personal passion for social media combined with experience designing for a brand

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma or equivalent tools (Final Cut, Canva for quick turnarounds)

Strong portfolio showcasing both static and video-based creative work

Understanding of digital marketing and social media ad best practices

Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus

Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking feedback constructively.
