Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team! You’ll play a key role in designing custom merchandise, prepping files for production, and creating visuals for everything from apparel to full vehicle wraps. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and love turning ideas into impactful visuals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create custom mockups and visual proofs for clients using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Design and lay out full and partial vehicle wraps and decals
• Prep artwork for screen printing, embroidery, and vinyl graphics
• Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure specs and deadlines are met
• Maintain organized files and follow best practices for production-ready design
• Occasionally assist with internal branding and marketing assets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience designing for vehicle wraps or large-format graphics preferred
• Understanding of screen printing, embroidery, and/or vinyl file setup
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
• Familiarity with Printavo or similar workflow software is a plus
• Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
