Production Engineer

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

 Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Automobile Engineering

 0–1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setup (internship/training experience preferred)

 Strong understanding of basic production processes, work instructions, and quality awareness

 Willingness to work in shifts and learn continuously on the job

Desired skills:

 Good communication and coordination skills

 Basic understanding of 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing concepts

 Capable of reading basic engineering drawings and following SOPs

 Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset

 Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools is a plus
