Production Engineer

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our Aluminum & Glass division. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and improving production processes, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with design, procurement, and site teams to meet project deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the fabrication and assembly of aluminum and glass products such as doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, and façades.
• Supervise production activities on the shop floor to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Interpret technical drawings and coordinate with the design and estimation teams for proper execution.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements in production flow, tooling, and resource utilization.
• Ensure optimal use of materials, labor, and equipment with minimal wastage.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and fittings.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
• Generate daily/weekly production reports and assist in planning for upcoming projects.
• Software Skills- Auto cad , Excel, Word, Power Point and Access.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role within the aluminum & glass industry.
• Familiarity with glass processing, hardware fitting, and installation procedures.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and using tools like AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
