About the Division:


Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited , the subsidiary company of Al-Futtaim group of Dubai, is a story of rollicking success. With consistent corporate achievements, the company is recognized for corporate excellence and “Best Corporate Performance”.


With its Corporate office in Lahore, the AGTL plant at Dera Ghazi Khan, manufactures New Holland (Fiat) tractors in technical collaboration with CNHI - Case New Holland, the Number One manufacturer of agricultural tractors in the world. The AGTL plant, an icon of engineering dynamics operates on high efficiency. With Quality Control and Quality Assurance, quality improvement systems exist at every level. Purpose;


To enhance manufacturing efficiency and process quality through process analysis, layout optimization, and lean implementation. The role supports continuous improvement by conducting time and motion studies, resolving production bottlenecks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive safety, quality, and productivity excellence.


What you will do?


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct time & motion studies and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and update layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
  • Support implementation of lean manufacturing tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to resolve production bottlenecks
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Apply problem-solving techniques such as Fishbone (Ishikawa), 5 Whys, and Root Cause Analysis to resolve recurring issues.


Qualifications:

  • BE (Mechanical / Industrial engineering) from reputed Engineering university


Experience:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in a production/manufacturing ( Experience in the automotive will be considered an advantage) .


Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks:


  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Visio for data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD for layout planning and design.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Hands-on knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (A3, Fishbone, 5 Whys, RCA, Pareto Analysis).
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and process improvement abilities.
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
