Production Engineer

1️ Production Planning & Execution

• Plan, schedule, and monitor day-to-day production activities.
• Ensure that production targets and deadlines are met efficiently.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and spare parts.

2️ Process Optimization

• Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Implement process improvements to reduce waste, cost, and time.
• Suggest upgrades to machinery or production methods as needed.

3️ Quality Control

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Work closely with the quality control team to monitor defects and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain production records and reports for audits and management review.

4️ Maintenance & Safety

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and workplace standards.
• Identify potential risks and take corrective measures proactively.

5️ Team Coordination

• Supervise production staff and operators on the shop floor.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to improve efficiency and performance.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work culture on the production floor.

6️ Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Maintain records of material consumption, machine utilization, and production efficiency.
• Assist management in production planning and cost optimization decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,920.68 per month
