Production Engineer

-Job Description:

The production engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lines, ensuring efficient production, quality products, and a safe working environment. This role leads a team of operators, design, implement, and optimize production processes and equipment to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing of beverages

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing).

-Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

-Attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Experience:

3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the beverage industry, preferably in PET and CAN lines operations

-Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

-Duties and Responsibilities:

-Analyze and improve production processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.

-Implement corrective actions to address production issues.

-Lead and develop a team of operators and maintenance personnel.

-Provide training, coaching, and feedback to ensure skill development.

-Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

-Generate duty roster for operators.

-Control overtime.

-Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
