Production Engineer

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee glass production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production lines.
• Implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, QA, R&D) to meet production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Train and supervise production staff on best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in glass manufacturing or related production environments.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, lean manufacturing, and automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
