Program and operate CNC and water‑jet machines for marble fabrication, ensuring high-precision cuts using AutoCAD and ArtCAM.
Develop and optimize designs and toolpaths using CAD/CAM software to achieve efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee quality control processes—including inspections, tolerances, and defect resolution—to ensure all work meets marble industry standards.
Coordinate with production teams and lead junior engineers to ensure smooth machine operations and project delivery.
Establish and enforce stone-cutting safety protocols and best practices.
Conduct audits and apply corrective measures aligned with company policies and safety regulations.
Analyze performance metrics and utilization data to improve processes and maintain top-tier production standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for third-party service agencies regarding machining, maintenance, and technical support.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency with AutoCAD and ArtCAM for 2D/3D design and CNC programming.
Strong understanding of water‑jet technology and its application to marble, acknowledging its advantage in producing intricate cuts without heat-affected zones.
Hands-on experience with quality control in stone processing, including familiarity with relevant inspection techniques.
Demonstrated leadership and team‑management skills, including training and oversight capabilities.
Excellent technical drawing interpretation, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities Atomic Machine.
