Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to oversee and manage factory production operations related to aluminum systems, curtain walls, windows, doors, and façade elements. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production planning, strict quality control, and timely project execution in line with project specifications and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities within the aluminum and façade factory
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to align production schedules with project timelines
• Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to improve productivity
• Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, CNC machining, assembly, and glazing
• Implement safety standards and continuous improvement initiatives within the factory
• Prepare production reports, progress updates, and performance analysis
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend corrective actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in aluminum or façade manufacturing (GCC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of aluminum profiles, curtain wall systems, and façade fabrication methods
• Familiarity with production planning systems / ERP software
• Good communication and team supervision skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawings
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process improvement practices
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and factory workflow management
