Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Production Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to join our team. The selected candidate will be hired in Dubai and will be required to relocate to Riyadh, KSA. This role is responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects within defined timelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage factory production of aluminum and façade systems
• Review and interpret shop drawings; coordinate closely with the design team
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet project deadlines
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for effective material planning
• Monitor productivity, minimize wastage, and optimize manufacturing processes
• Lead, guide, and manage production teams, including supervisors and technicians
• Resolve production-related challenges and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in aluminum and façade fabrication
• Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, unitized façades, and cladding systems
• Prior experience working with UAE-based aluminum/façade companies is highly preferred
• Currently based in Dubai, UAE
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
