We Are Hiring: Production Engineer / Production Executive
Location: Chennai – Villivakkam
Salary Range: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Production professional to join our team and support end-to-end activities in machine assembly, production operations, installation, and process improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong technical capability and hands-on production exposure from a reputed manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production operations and ensure production targets are achieved
• Perform machine assembly, testing, installation, and commissioning
• Read and interpret CAD drawings / Oblique design for product fabrication and assembly
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges
• Implement latest production techniques and continuous improvement practices to optimize efficiency
• Monitor process quality and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot production issues
• Maintain production documentation and reports

Key Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Production from a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of CAD / Oblique design
• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / EEE / ECE preferred)
• Hands-on experience in machine assembly
• Ability to handle assembly, operations & installation
• Knowledge of latest production methods & techniques
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
