Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Electronics Engineering fresher to join our production team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in order execution, electronics handling, and production operations in the elevator manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in MS Excel, SAP, and have basic electronics knowledge, with strong organizational and coordination skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Regularly update production orders and job progress in SAP

· Maintain accurate records of product item requirements in both SAP and Excel

· Coordinate with internal teams to provide packing lists, labels, pick lists, product codes, and other documentation

· Prepare bills for fabricators and maintain tracking for outsourced work

· Coordinate with the Purchase team to ensure timely procurement of inventory and components

· Maintain and update production tracking sheets for internal reporting

· Assist in electronics-related tasks, including handling, inspection, and basic testing of elevator control systems

· Ensure on-time delivery of products as per sales orders, while addressing any delays or issues

· Support order execution by ensuring production deadlines are met accurately

· Follow safety and quality standards, including 5S practices on the shop floor

Required Skills:

· Basic technical knowledge of electronics and circuit components

· Proficiency in SAP or any ERP software for production/order tracking

· Good MS Excel skills

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Ability to work well in a team environment and coordinate with multiple departments

· Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment and learn quickly

Performance Criteria / KPIs:

· Meet assigned production targets within defined timelines

· Ensure on-time delivery aligned with sales orders

· Timely submission of material shortage reports

· Maintain workplace efficiency and cleanliness by following the 5S methodology

Eligibility Criteria:

· Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics Engineering

· Batch: 2024 – 2025 pass-outs preferred

· Experience: 0–2 year (Freshers are welcome)

· Preferred Location: Candidates from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Khalapur
