Production Engineer( Mechanical)

• Production Support: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of daily production activities.
• Machine Operation: Learn to operate and monitor mechanical production machinery, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
• Process Improvement: Support senior engineers in analyzing and improving production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
• Troubleshooting: Assist in identifying issues in production lines, machinery, or processes and work with the team to implement solutions.
• Quality Control: Perform basic inspections and quality control checks on mechanical components and finished products, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, machine logs, and quality control reports.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to meet production goals.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and standards in the workplace to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
• Learning & Development: Engage in training and development programs to acquire knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and production techniques.
