As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and talented Production Engineer (Mechanical Engineer) to join our team.

Location: BURDUR

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize filling and packaging processes in line with production targets.
• Ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and product quality.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor performance data and analyze process KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support new product launches by adapting filling and packaging processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Who we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in production, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of filling and packaging machinery and production processes.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
