• s.Initiate RFQ for work to be subcontracte

• y.Initiate assembly checklist for all major construction milestone
• s.Leads WCR review and confirmation of WT before lifts, loadout, weighin
• g.Manages all coordination for loadout preparation and weighin
• g.Carries out coordination with Marine and Fab Team for installation aids, sea fastening and offshore lift riggin
• g.Carries out coordination with CSE Department and Marine Warranty Surveyo
• r.Publishes CSE deliverable list with required dates. Chairs CSE coordination meetin
• g.Provide yard layout input with regards to layout, stack, and loadout date
