Description

Design, assemble, and provide technical support for
automated dosing and material supply systems
in collaboration with external equipment providers.

Operate and monitor
mixing and dosing equipment
for multi-component materials.

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and service activities on process equipment.

Ensure production processes consistently meet defined quality and performance specifications.

Analyze and resolve technical issues related to equipment malfunctions or process deviations.

Document all maintenance, repair, and service activities.
-
Develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely execution.

Manage spare parts inventory specific to dosing and mixing equipment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process flows, equipment reliability, and production efficiency.
Profile
-
Completed technical education or degree in
process & production engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field with a minimum 5 Years of professional experience.

Extensive hands-on experience with
automated mixing and dosing systems
, preferably in multi-material environments.

Practical knowledge of
resin, paint, adhesive, or multi-component material handling
is a strong advantage.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

Effective team player with solid communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work in multi-shift operations.

Familiarity with
occupational safety practices and production regulations
.

Understanding of
material science, especially multi-component materials
and their processing behavior.

Experience working with
external equipment suppliers and spare parts manufacturers
