What you’ll do

• Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery
• Fabricate fiberglass components and structures using fiberglass mats and fiberglass techniques
• Conduct quality checks using measure tapes and levels to ensure accuracy in measurements
• Collaborate with team members to assemble parts and components
• Perform rigging operations safely for lifting heavy materials with cranes or forklifts
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols

Basic qualifications

• Proven site or manufacturing experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base
• Familiarity with fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Proficient in basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with fiberglass
• Bilingual and Valid Drivers License
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to assembly and fabrication

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
