- Perform welding and fabrication tasks to maintain and repair equipment and structures
- Safely operate cutting torches, welders, and related tools to support plant operations
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify needed repairs to reduce equipment downtime
- Follow established safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards
- Work collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams to complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding safely and effectively
- Capability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Commitment to performing work safely in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
- $27.04 to $32.45 per hour
