Production Floor Incharge MALE (DAE Mechanical Preferred)

Job Purpose:

To supervise, coordinate, and monitor all activities on the production floor related to mechanical processes, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to quality standards, achievement of production targets, issuance of material on the production floor, and training to the machine operator to reduce rework, rejection and for quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, schedule, and oversee daily mechanical production activities.

· Ensure machines, equipment, and workforce are effectively utilized to meet production targets.

· Monitor workflow and adjust processes to eliminate bottlenecks

· Supervise and monitor all factory floor activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and QMS.

· Inspect and verify raw material upon receipt to ensure it meets quality standards.

· Conduct on-the-job training for workers on mechanical processes and safe machine handling.

· Ensure finished goods are inspected and dispatched according to company quality standards as well as the client’s satisfaction.

· Train and guide factory staff, QC inspectors, Line Incharges, and machine operators on quality procedures and best practices.

· Report mechanical breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance department for timely repairs

· Monitor housekeeping and 5S practices on the production floor.

· Prepare daily production reports and update management on progress against targets.

· Maintain production logs, downtime reports, and manpower records

· Entering data of all the inspection stages in ERP (SAP B1)

Qualification:

· DAE Mechanical

· 3 – 5 years hands-on quality and production-related experience in any metal fabrication/ manufacturing industry of which at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
