Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Foreman to oversee daily operations in our steel cut and bend facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety compliance on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of steel cutting and bending activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and client requirements
• Allocate work to machine operators, helpers, and other staff effectively
• Monitor machine performance (cut & bend machines) and coordinate maintenance when required
• Read and interpret bar bending schedules (BBS) and technical drawings
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage
• Maintain quality control standards for all finished products
• Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and UAE regulations
• Coordinate with planning, logistics, and site teams for timely dispatch
• Train and guide workers to improve productivity and efficiency
• Maintain daily production reports and workforce attendance
• Handle on-site issues, breakdowns, and urgent production requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in steel cut & bend operations
• Strong knowledge of rebar processing, BBS, and construction steel requirements
• Experience handling teams (10–30 workers or more)
• Familiar with cut & bend machines and maintenance basics
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting)
• Good communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAE/GCC steel or construction industry
• Diploma or technical certification (Mechanical / Civil preferred)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
