Production incharge

• Handle all client enquiries related to uniform production and ensure timely responses.
• Supervise the production process by visiting the factory/production site regularly to ensure work is carried out according to client requirements and quality standards.
• Attend all client meetings to gather and understand specific requirements, measurements, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and uniform samples for client approval.
• Coordinate with suppliers and production teams to ensure materials, stitching, and finishing meet specifications.
• Monitor production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and generate new leads through referrals and networking.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, production status, and deliveries using KPI software.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards at every stage of production.
• Provide regular reports to management on production progress, client updates, and potential issues.
• Resolve client complaints effectively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for cost control, wastage reduction, and efficiency improvement in production.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in uniform manufacturing / garments industry.
• Strong knowledge of production workflow and materials used in uniforms.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in KPI software (or similar ERP systems).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory) to visit clients and production sites.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
