Skills: Depth knowledge of Injection of Sole, PU, DESMA

Experience: Min 7 years experience of DESMA.

Basic JDs:

• Prepare and operate DESMA direct injection molding machines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Select and install the correct molds and injection nozzles for the specified production run.
• Load and set machine parameters, including injection pressure, injection speed, temperature, and cycle time, using the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).
• Monitor the machine throughout the injection process to ensure proper function and resolve any minor issues that arise.
• Perform machine changeovers, including mold and material changes, to accommodate different production orders.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of the DESMA machine and molds to ensure longevity and consistent performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify and report any mechanical problems or malfunctions to the maintenance department.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
