Job Purpose:
The Production Unit Executive will support day-to-day operations within a restaurant/food production environment, with a strong focus on data management, reporting, and coordination. This role is designed for a fresh graduate with strong MS Excel skills who can efficiently manage production data, track kitchen output, and ensure smooth coordination across production and inventory functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily food production and kitchen operations coordination
- Maintain and update production data (e.g., daily output, wastage, batch records) in MS Excel
- Prepare daily and periodic production and consumption reports
- Track raw material usage and highlight variances or wastage
- Coordinate with kitchen, store, and procurement teams for ingredient availability
- Monitor inventory data related to raw materials and finished goods
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of production and inventory records
- Support production planning through data tracking and reporting
- Identify discrepancies in production, consumption, or inventory data
- Ensure proper documentation of production processes in line with operational standards
- Assist in maintaining hygiene, safety, and compliance documentation (as required)
- Perform other operational and data-related tasks as assigned
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Accuracy of production and inventory data
- Timeliness of daily production and consumption reports
- Reduction in data discrepancies and reporting errors
- Effective tracking of wastage and material usage
- Support in improving operational efficiency through reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field
- MS Excel Proficiency.
- Fresh graduate (no prior experience required)
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Data entry and structured data management
- Use of formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, SUM)
- Basic reporting and data analysis
- Basic understanding of production, inventory, or food operations (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle and organize operational data
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant/production environment
- Basic communication skills for coordination with kitchen and support teams
