Production line leader

Role Description

This is a full time, on site position based in Jeddah for a Production line leader. Packaging process coordination and data collection and analysis of Production operations. Conveyance of information from Production Manager to Plant and follow ups. Daily, Monthly Productivity, efficiency, incidents & alert reports submission to Production Manager and Data Analysis. Stock control of Production Dept. and distribution control.

Responsibilities

1. Participation in the development and production/packaging policies of its own goals
2. Coordination of packaging & production activities between Production lines and data collection to estimate Productivity and efficiency of lines and report to Production Supervisor.
3. The preparation of studies related to the development of packaging machines and lines, taking into account the increased efficiency at the lowest cost.
4. Coordination with the Maintenance team to perform emergency maintenance that occurs during the production process through forms reporting.
5. Adjust all documents relating to the production department and saved in the records
6. Participate in the preparation of operational procedures work and participate in staff training on an ongoing basis through the training schedule so that increases the effectiveness of the employee and reduce mistakes expected, especially after the work of any amendments to the staff positions.
7. Provide periodic reports to the business on production and discuss with the Director of the department so that they can make decisions based on them.
8. Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree /Diploma/High School
• 2 years of experience, preferably in Meat processing plants.
• Speed of movement
• Strong communication skills and a desire to work with other team members.
