About the Role:

seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our factory in Iraq. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production performance, maintain high-quality standards, optimize operational costs, and lead a team towards continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process, ensuring targets for quality, cost, and delivery are met.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, workflows, and performance indicators.
• Lead and develop production teams, ensuring effective communication and a culture of accountability.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and quality control departments to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Enforce safety and environmental standards across all production areas.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage production budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance to senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or a related field).
• A recognized Engineering Qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within FMCG, Dairy, or Beverages industries.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is desirable.
